Welcome to the new GoodRx
We repositioned the GoodRx brand from a performance-based coupon app to a human centric platform for managing and saving on prescription care. To do this, we launched a series of user impact stories, educating customers on core benefits while demonstrating the positive impact our services could have in their everyday lives.
Partnering with the amazing team at Gretel NY, we refreshed the entire brand to feel less sterile and more human, welcoming and helpful. Opting for simplicity over overselling GoodRx or our services. Together, we went from checking off a list of functions to evoking a feeling of trust and compassion. During my time at GoodRx, unaided awareness grew from 18% to 35%, we reached over 10 million monthly site visitors, and landed at #5 on YouGov Global Best Brand Improvers list.
